About Us

Annabelle and Simon are "wash-ashores" from England via Cape Cod. Annabelle is originally from London and Simon is from Liverpool. They created and developed an award winning Boutique Inn on Cape Cod that won Boston Magazine's prestigious "Best Of Boston" award for "Best Hotel/Inn on Cape Cod" as well as awards and recognition from other leading travel publications. Having sold the Cape Cod inn in 2015, they moved their sights to their dream location of Martha's Vineyard. Here they discovered a gem of a building that they were able to turn into their vision of "island luxury with a twist", a modern Martha's Vineyard B&B within a stately Arts & Crafts manor house. One of the draws was its unique location. Situated a short walk from the ferry and downtown Vineyard Haven it is hidden away in a secluded retreat surrounded by gardens, trees and the sound of songbirds. They purchased the inn January 2016 and set about completely renovating the interiors. In May 2016 it reopened as Nobnocket Boutique Inn, an upscale Boutique Hotel design property. The inn has won accolades from Condé Nast, Condé Nast Johansens, Yankee Magazine, Boston Globe and Boston Magazine. They are owner operators and live on property to be able to give you personalized and truly local service and to be able to live their dream of a life on Martha's Vineyard.

Simon is an avid Liverpool FC supporter and Annabelle's allegiance is with Chelsea FC, which leads to at least two difficult days each year!
